Jenny Craig: Creating New Habits!

Progress goes on!  I just returned from my weekly consultation at JENNY CRAIG, and the baby steps are adding up.  I continue to be excited about the fact my eating habits are truly changing.  



I get full faster than I used to and prefer the smaller portions.  I so hope this will continue the rest of my life!!  It is the best kind of progress as far as I am concerned.









The morning snack includes a nutrition bar which comes in several flavors.  Up until this week, my favorite was the peanut butter....but now, I am in love with these oatmeal raisin bars.  They are so good...but only around for a limited time...so sad!



What are your plans for this summer weekend??  I hope it is a good one whether you plan to go somewhere fabulous or sit on your patio all cozy at home.
