Happy weekend, everyone! This afternoon was my one month meeting with my JENNY CRAIG counselor. I was thrilled to learn that I have dropped 1 1/2 inches in my stomach area and 1/4 inch in my hips!! Woo Hoo!
I also celebrated another victory last weekend as I traveled to the Woodlands. We went to a wonderful restaurant for dinner on the Waterway. I ordered a meal closest to what I believed was acceptable. Then something huge happened....I only ate and wanted half of the chicken breast. I was full and did not want to go forward. This was big for me. In the past, I always ate the entire meal...usually visiting and not even paying attention to if I was full or not.
But, once I was full, I was satisfied and did not desire another bite! Thank you JENNY CRAIG!
